It is spa etiquette to arrived for your treatment on time and entering the salon quietly as other relaxation treatments are in progress. Please turn phones off on arrival.

Bookings
We always recommend that you book treatments prior to coming to our salon as bookings do fill up quickly. For School holiday busy periods and weekends it is strongly advised to pre book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Upon Arrival
Please ensure to arrive 5-10 minutes early to your appointment to fill out our client form and relax before your treatment commences. Our personal consultation is included in your treatment time.

Payment
Appointments must be reserved with a major credit card which is 50% of the treatment price booked. We accept cash and credit cards. In salon credit card payments incur a 1.9% surcharge, Del Rio and all manual card payments incur a 2.2% surcharge. Near by ATM’s can be found at the grocery store near our main salon or for Del Rio clients their is an atm located near the bistro, please organise a visit to an atm prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy
By making an appointment at Sheer Indulgence Beauty & Massage you understand that any cancelations that happen within 24hrs prior to your booking or not showing will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

Our main salon is located at Wisemans Ferry Shopping centre and we visit our salon at Del Rio Resort by pre booked appointments only.
